A stop-motion short for Global Women New Zealand, released on International Women’s Day. The film takes on the “motherhood penalty” – the fact that in many workplaces, nothing limits a woman’s career more than having a baby. It won gold at The One Show, the Grand Axis, a Webby Award and two D&AD Wood Pencils.
