In a world where parents feel constant pressure to be "superheroes," it’s easy to lose sight of how children actually experience domestic friction. Working with Trigger, we produced a film for the Family Council (Bufdir) designed to make parents pause and see conflict through a child’s eyes.

The project relied on an intentional, jarring shift in style. It opens as Megaparents—an absurd, high-octane animated series fueled by a catchy "Go Go Megaparents" jingle composed by Kjetil Røst Nilsen (Verdens Sterkeste Mann). Animation director Ole Magnus Saxegård and live-action director Kenneth Karlstad worked in tandem to ensure the transition from this vibrant world to a grounded, heartbreaking reality felt earned. With backgrounds by Frode Skaren (Uglylogo) and a specialized animation team, we built a world that felt like a genuine Saturday morning cartoon, making the eventual silence of the live-action climax even more resonant.
